Partners in Diversity

Created Graphics, Event Materials, and Social Media Posts For Networking Events

Project Overview

Partners in Diversity is a nonprofit that aims to build an inclusive business culture across Oregon and SW Washington, offering spaces, resources, and networks to help organizations foster a strong sense of belonging.

As Partners in Diversity’s Summer 2024 Program Intern, I designed a banner and various social media posts for events that the organization hosts, ensuring they aligned with the organization’s branding.

Summary

By assisting with the planning of events such as Professional Resource Groups, Breakfast for Champions, Lunch and Learn, and the signature Say Hey!, I gained valuable experience in the non-profit sector and developed a deeper understanding of what it means to create a diverse environment where everyone feels like they belong. I was also able learn a lot about creating accessible designs, while aligning with PiD’s branding. This experience has been truly motivating and transformative, and I am deeply grateful to the Partners in Diversity team!
